William is Promoted to Production Supervisor at Unibake USA

Unibake USA is proud to announce the promotion of William Arzola to Production Supervisor.

William joined the company five years ago as a general bakery worker and quickly established himself as a hardworking and dependable member of the team. From the beginning, he showed a strong willingness to learn and grow, taking the initiative to develop his skills across multiple areas of the bakery operation.

Over the years, William gained experience operating equipment, running production lines, and supporting mixing operations, building a strong understanding of the production process and daily operational needs. His commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork helped him advance into a Lead Operator role, where he became a trusted resource on the production floor.

In this position, William worked closely with leadership to support operational decision-making, assist the team, and help maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. His leadership, attention to detail, and positive attitude have made a meaningful impact on both production performance and team culture.

Throughout 2025, William consistently demonstrated outstanding performance by stepping up to help ensure production goals and operational expectations were met. His promotion to Production Supervisor is a reflection of the dedication, growth, and leadership he has shown throughout his career at Unibake USA.
