Linda Holland Retires After 22 Years with Unibake USA
At Unibake USA, we are proud to celebrate the people who help shape our company and strengthen our relationships across the foodservice industry. Today, we honor one of our longtime team members as she begins a well-deserved new chapter.
After more than two decades of dedication, leadership, and passion, Unibake USA is celebrating the retirement of Linda Holland, our West Florida Regional Sales Manager. We are incredibly grateful for Linda’s 22 years of service and wish her all the happiness as she begins this exciting new chapter.

Known affectionately throughout the company and industry as “Momma Linda,” Linda has left a lasting impact on Unibake USA through her warmth, expertise, and commitment to building strong relationships. Her journey in the food industry began at an early age, inspired by time spent cooking alongside her mother starting at just four years old. Watching her mother prepare everything from scratch and patiently teach kitchen skills sparked a lifelong passion for food and hospitality.
That passion led Linda to pursue a degree in Food & Nutrition in Business from Eastern Illinois University and launch a remarkable career in the food industry that spans nearly five decades.
Since 1976, Linda has built an impressive and diverse career across many areas of the food business. Her experience includes recipe development and consumer education with Jewel Food Stores, working in hospital dietetics, interning with Stouffer’s Executive Dining Services, teaching adult education food classes with Pinellas County Schools, and preparing meals for student camps through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Illinois. She also spent years working with major food brokers and serving as a direct salesperson for large food companies before joining Unibake USA.
Over the past 22 years, Linda has become one of the company’s most respected sales leaders. As West Coast Florida Regional Manager, she played a key role in growing our business throughout the region and developing countless long-standing customer relationships. Widely recognized as the “bread basket lady,” Linda became known not only for her sales success, but also for the positivity, care, and passion she brought to every interaction.
Reflecting on her career, Linda shared:
“I feel very fortunate as a woman to have such a great career in the industry I love. To this day, I am constantly thinking about my mother and how much she encouraged me to pursue my interests. Thanks to her guidance and support, I am very passionate about what I do, and I am excited to celebrate with a company that I am proud to work for.”
Linda’s leadership and enthusiasm have helped shape the culture and success of Unibake USA for more than two decades. While she will be greatly missed by colleagues, customers, and partners alike, we are excited for her as she begins a well-earned retirement.
Thank you, Linda, for 22 incredible years of dedication, friendship, and impact. Everyone at Unibake USA wishes you endless happiness, relaxation, and unforgettable moments in the years ahead. Happy Retirement!
