Lantmännen Unibake USA Welcomes Heather as New Sanitation Supervisor

Please join us in welcoming Heather Fudala to Lantmännen Unibake USA as our new Sanitation Supervisor at our St. Petersburg, Florida location!

Heather brings a strong background in sanitation and food safety to Lantmännen Unibake USA. Before joining the company, she served as Sanitation Manager at a Kerry Ingredients & Flavors bakery facility producing breadcrumbs and batter mixes. Prior to that, she was a Corporate Sanitation Specialist with Ferrara Candy Company, supporting sanitation and food safety programs across nine facilities.

In her new role, Heather is excited to bring her experience to Lantmännen Unibake USA and contribute to our strong culture of food safety and quality.

Heather and her family also recently embarked on a new adventure, relocating from the Chicago suburbs to Florida and trading cold winters for plenty of sunshine. She and her husband, Nick, have known each other since middle school and now have two sons, ages 6 and 3. Their family also includes Chip, a miniature long-haired dachshund. Heather fondly describes this season of family life as “beautiful chaos.”

Outside of work, Heather enjoys staying active, whether she’s going to the gym, swimming, spending time outdoors or playing sports, especially soccer.

Heather says she has already received an incredibly warm welcome from the Lantmännen team and is looking forward to what the future holds.

Welcome to Lantmännen Unibake USA, Heather!
